Help! I was Just Placing Down an Obsidian Below my Enderchest, Then Of course I right click the top of the Obsidian and I was Close to the Obsidian Then the Obsidian Turned into Lava I Did not know that when right clicked the Obsidian will turn to Lava. The Items was: 1.) 19 Obsidian 2.) God Diamond Pickaxe 3.) 24 Cobblestone 4.) 1 Bed 5.) 29 Cooked Pork 6.) Bucket The Worst was when Im calling Help No Moderator or TMod is Helping me even tough they are talking to someone ells but I forgot to screenshot that Moderator, Here are some Pictures... The Stone Beneath the Enderchest is where the lava and im infront of it, then The only Item Survived was 1 Bed, and the Other Burned... Can you guys just give me the Item like giving me another replica of it just give me the items lost from me Please Its the Only Bucket I have Please Help me I cannot Live without those Items.

Okay, let me list the faults in this report: 1) There is water next to the obsidian. there is no possible way that the obsidian could have turned to lava if the water was next to it, as the plug-in would send out a message saying "Please move the water away from the obsidian." 2) There is no proof of the items you originally had. If I refund things just by your word, then I'd have to do that for everyone else, and that wouldn't be a pretty sight. 3) You did not message a moderator, you simply shouted out in chat that you needed help. You didn't even state what the problem was. We don't usually respond to requests like those, especially when we're busy, because most of the time it is for nonsensical things like scams without proof or signing people's walls. 4) "You have received 7 warnings." It is quite obvious that you were spamming a very ambiguous request for help in chat. We respond to patient people quicker because they keep their calm and deserve our time more for doing so and respecting us. Next time, calmly message a moderator if you need help using the /msg <player> <msg> command. It is easier for us to see in chat and prevents spam for other players. In conclusion, there simply isn't enough evidence to refund what you have requested. It isn't much anyways, so I hope it is of no major importance to you. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Regardless, there is no evidence shown of what you have lost. Sorry for reading it wrong and sounding so harsh but sadly, we cannot do anything without evidence. It's the sad truth about our world nowadays... the cheaters determine the rules for those who abide by them :/
