Help I keep getting disconnected from the server!!!!

Please help I don't know what's going on. when ever I place a block I lag off

 

It has been happening to every skyblock server crew owns lately, you're not the only one. But I know there is someway to fix this, just I don't know how.

 

it started for me last night, it was working fine for hours and then this happened

 

trying it in 1.7.10 and haven't lagged off yet

sort of. it just needs to be fixed for the server , but it is resolved for me
