!Help! accidently spent too much money for upgrade

My brother(ebrahim987) was going to get 100 donor. He bought 10 donor. He then upgraded to 25.he then bought 50 donor forgetting to upgrade. He wanted to upgrade to 100 but didn't have enough money. In his credit card he had 100 dollars.but since he spent 75 he can't upgrade! can someone please refund him.

You should add the transaction ID number.
Type [.hide] <transaction ID> [./hide] *Minus the periods*
