All of my emeralds, diamonds, grass were cleared from my echest. My /homes got changed and so did my nick. I'm not concerned about my homes and nick but I am about the valuables

Do you have any screenshots of your valuables?

To be refunded, you have to provide some sort of evidence to prove that you had them in the first place.

As leadermelody said here, she was asking for screenshots of your valuables to confirm your possession of them. Only then, would mods refund you. Otherwise people could ask for anything and get it, which would be wrong.

As asked above we need as much evidence of you owning the items before a refund is even considered.
