I have to be honest, I haven't tried it, it might be buggy as heck, no idea. But I imagined that this would be something I'd like for a perfect Skyblock, I just always imagined it would be far too difficult to implement... never dreamed that a plugin already existed ^^
It's not as convenient as you would believe. It's a unique idea, but from what I've seen (and the to-do list there is) is enough for me to pass on it.
Haha I didn't read the to-do list before, I guess it needs a lot of "polishing". I'd say it has potential though ^^ I just sat here and watched that man throw a pizza on the roof for about 5 minutes... now I want pizza *roof pizza om nom*
Haha, yea that's one of my plugins. The version on BukkitDev is the very first prototype of the plugin made, and I had a much better version at one point, but kept it private. Maybe this will be rewritten and added to .org one day. Regarding the bull frog, I do private development and probably won't put public plugins out again or update that one publicly. Especially not if it was on this server, due to privacy.
x3 Coolness, I love going to the nether and walking around! When SBIs had the nether added I thought it was the coolest thing since going to the moon.
Yeah it's not so much something .Org needs, just something I thought would be cool to have ^^ it might even work for .Net too I have no idea, though I imagine as .Net's bigger there may be issues with server lag. I get asked at least every few days by someone if it's possible to activate a nether portal on .Org, it makes sense that they're disabled at the moment, but being able to activate them so that they take you to a Hellblock would be even cooler and a unique twist compared to other servers. Tanner nice to see you're still devving away I didn't know you worked here! I understand about keeping it private, Whippy keeps his things private too not so much because he doesn't want to share, just until he's sure something really works well, he can't be bothered with hassle from the community XD well if you decided to rewrite it, I'm sure this is the best Skyblock server so probably the best place to try it out Jealous, when did you get to go to the moon? xx
I like this idea. Would the chat function work while in Hellblock? If it causes no lag and chat communication isn't hindered, 100% support. (Maybe as a donor only feature?)
Nurrr ;-; Not donor only! Everyone should be able to go to the nether and have fun! Maybe the hellblock side could have pvp enabled and when they go in the portal they have a pop-up that saids "Warning: Pvp is enabled from this point" or an option to turn pvp on or off if they wanted. So many fun ideas ^_^
Idk if it's possible but blaze spawners being enabled on nether side only would be cool Minigame from another server I used to play... Ghast dodgeball?
