Only CypriotMerks can deal with this, but can you tell me your in-game name and post the evidence of the purchase? Put the receipt like this. <hide>content</hide> But instead of "<>" use "[]"
Hidden Content >.< If you want something to be hidden from the public so only staff members can see it, use hidden content. Type (hide) message(/hide). Use this if you want to say something in private to the staff, or if you need to post a transaction ID, receipt, or coordinates to your island. e.g. When using hide use these brackets.
