I have been thinking of a good way to implement guilds and groups for a while. I have figured a way if Cyp would like to invest. The idea is to offer guilds and groups as a paid forums perk. Users can pay for a group and can have group fourm boards, events and more. It would be a lot of fun to have your own mini forums, be your own group leader and maybe even make specialty fan groups too. The reason it would be a paid perk is there is the possibility everyone would just create a group and we would have a lot of groups that would be unused. With a cost involved this would limit the number of groups people will make. I am not the genius who would be working out the details but I think this would be pretty fun to have. Uh yea cool but imean theres Discord for that yknow but if he wants to add it I guess it would be pretty lit.
The only thing with discord is advertising rules. At least groups on the forums can be fully advertised etc. Plus its more of a forums than instant messenger.
I suppose it would be pretty cheap, I'm thinking $2? Cheap enough for people to want to buy it, but expensive enough for it not to be super spammed. I'm a little concerned that it wouldn't be used that much, as our player base isn't particularly big. Even the premium section is pretty quiet. All the same, I wouldn't be offended if it was added. Tentative support.
