Goden's Moderator Application

Prologue
Before we start, I'm going to address a few things. In no order, don't confuse yourself. First of all, there's a lot of people who don't like me, and a lot who do. I don't like Cyp at all, I don't like over half the staff team, and honestly, I couldn't care less. I'm going to be completely truthful about everything I put in here, and I'm not holding things back. I don't think that I should have to put up a facade of lies just to help my chances at becoming a mod. If you want a person to be mod, you ought to see who they really are, not a fake version of themselves. Lastly, don't expect pretty colors, as it takes up precious text space with a insane amount of random code. On to the application.

I can speak others, but I heavily prefer speaking English. If the situation calls for a dire need of a different language (Spanish, Latin, potentially Chinese soon), then sure though.

Do you have 2FA enabled? Yes/No
Yep.

Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence? (i.e. recording software, screenshots, etc)
Yes, I do. I have Gyazo, the.. screenshot key included with Minecraft.. and Windows Game Bar for recording (There's a keyboard shortcut that allows for instant recording start/stop, and it can record the previous 3 minutes of what's happened with the click of a button. Not the greatest quality, but the text is legible and you can see the picture. I'd say it's 240p, but oh well.

Why do you think you should become a mod?
I think that I should be a mod specifically for roughly three reasons. First of all, I don't think that the current Org staff team is worth anything at all, save probably two mods, and I know that I can do better than mods that don't even come on. Half of Org's staff list is taken up by people who haven't been on in months, as is Net's, and it'd be nice to have another person on the team who's semi-active. Like me. Secondly, I have a strong grasp on the rules regarding the server, and I'm not like certain mods who be all nice when enforcing them. If you do something minor, then sure, I'll be like "Try not to use as many caps", but if you did something wrong that could inflict the server in a bigger matter than simple spam, I could care less about your feelings, you're being punished. In my opinion, the staff team is too caring toward people's feelings, again, save about two mods, to do anything worthwhile. This doesn't mean that I'll be a flat out horrible human being all the time (though I can if I'm on a bad mood, or if I've had a bad day. I usually won't come on on those days, however. Unless I have nothing to do), but rather, it means that I won't hesitate to do the right thing.

Before I go on, I want to point something out. I'll gladly admit that almost everything I say you've heard before, because, obviously, moderator applications are generic. It's a rare occurrence to see a mod app bring something new into the field.
Let's see if I can change that.

A little side reason here as to why I want to become mod (Not the 3rd and final one) is because I want to know what's happening behind the scenes. No, not because I want to be cool and brag to my friends that I know stuff they don't. I don't have friends, don't worry there. It's because, you most likely have seen me somewhere on the forums recently, probably with my thread about what's wrong with the forums, and I'd like to have concrete proof that what I say is actually happening. You can take this one of two ways.

A) Oh god, never gonna tell this guy secrets again, staff chat will be recorded forever, and this man will record everything that he sees within the realm of /msg using his socialspy #ModAbuseDemoteGoden
B) About time you back up your claims.

I'm hoping the second one. I can assure you that I won't give away confidential information, but mainly I'll just be keeping track of rudeness happening behind the scenes. That's really it. Anyway, my last reason here is that I find myself extremely qualified for moderator. You may ask why, and that's fine with me, but I'm not listing why here. I think that's dumb. I feel that people who make lists are just being fake, and putting stuff there just to please people. If you want to know what I'm like and how I act, then get on the actual server and see me in action. That way you'll actually see the person I am, which most likely will end up better than if I made some generic list.

How long can you be active on the server everyday?
I'm not gonna lie here. I'm not some insane dedicated human being who plays for hours a day. I usually come on for about two to three hours on days I can make it. Which is why I can't give you a direct list, because that list would be completely unreliable. I'll just give you the schedule of open hours for my library, which is my source of internet currently. Looking to change that with a better job, but that's my problem to deal with, and not something you really need to know about.

Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Friday-Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Sunday: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Note: I rarely come on on Sundays, since they're my time to relax, and I don't want to walk to the library just to play a block game. I love Minecraft and all, but I'm not insane. I think.)

How long have you been playing Skyblock?
I started back on Hellblock back in early 2014, and started Org about three months later, so about two and a half years now.

Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game)
I haven't been banned on forums, I can say that. I don't recall a time when I was banned on Org, save one requested ban, and the current existing requested ban on my alt, but I was banned a couple times on Hellblock back when it was up. Those included, from what I can remember: Griefing (Once), Advertising (Once, accidental, didn't know server names were illegal at the time), and bridging (Once, basically the first week of me playing).

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
I have a decent amount of experience as a moderator, I've been mod on roughly.. I can only recall about 10 currently. I'm not mod currently on any server however. I have co-owned four servers, and two of the servers I moderated on were owned by Bdarkslayer, so refer to him if you want a nice and fancy status report. That depends on if he's up for it, or, hell, if he even remembers, but not really my problem.

Do you meet the requirements for staff? Yes/No
I do, yes. I'm not going into detail, because again, I want you to come on and see me in action, rather than have me explain, as, again, I feel that makes me fake.

Ending Note
Yes, I do realize that my chances are slim due to the things I've said in the past, but honestly, even if I fail here, I'm considering this a success.

Thanks for the extensive feedback, very helpful to know. Secondly, I wish to point out that from me being mod, I don't want to be the only one learning a lot from this. Rather, I'd hope that some other people learned a thing or two as well.

You don't kiss mod a** to get mod. That's enough for me. Well, not really. You talk real, act real, do everything real. You aren't afraid to say what you think is wrong, and people like you will resurrect the server and save it.

I'm sick of seeing phoney people acting like absolute teachers pets infront of mods, and mods encourage it? Just makes the server even more fake and cringeworthy.

I understand why you might not like Cyp, I personally not am a fan on how he and Crew work. Never interacts with the community and just seems like the place is like a buisnesss for them. But you do have to remember, they keep the server standing, and we all wouldn't be able to criticise him if the server was down. Just wish both of them did their job a little differently.

Thank you. I do tend to keep in mind that Cyp/Crew do keep the server running, but tbh Stel probably has enough money to run it on her own, not the point though. I just don't like Cyp for his actions. I'm perfectly fine with Crew, he seemed to be a really nice guy (WITH GOOD GRAMMAR WHAT NONSENSE IS THAT) from what I understood when I talked to him awhile back.

Also, RobloxianRoblox, mind explaining the no support? Perfectly fine with your decision, I wouldn't have made an application should I not have expected at least one no support, but just curious why.
