Hello Gavshire, thank you for taking the time to create an appeal; I apologize for the delayed response.

I would like to apologize if the reason for your ban was not made clear enough at the time of the punishment. You have been banned for attempted illegal trading, immediately after joining the server, claiming to be associated with a "Dirt Mafia", and repeatedly asking players if they would like to trade dirt with you, after both being told that it was illegal, and being asked to stop.

After sending your initial messages, with content similar to "Who wants to trade dirt", "I'm from the Dirt Mafia", and "We cannot be stopped", I proceeded to check your logs on the server, to ensure that nothing illegal had actually taken place. From what I could tell, you had partially dug up your island, taken the lava bucket from it, and mined all of the sand. At this point, you had not yet broken any rules, as it is perfectly legal to remove the materials from your own island, as long as they stay in your possession; however, you had crossed the line when you proceeded to transfer all of the items to FazeBrick's island, immediately after promoting illegal trading in chat.

Seeing as two players have very recently been banned for attempting to start a "Dirt Mafia" to illegally trade items, and considering the fact that almost immediately after logging on to the server you started discussing this Dirt Mafia, as well as attempting to promote illegal trading, I find it extremely difficult to believe that you did not know what you were doing.

I have attached the screenshot above of the items you have placed on FazeBrick's island, strongly suggesting that you joined the server for the sole reason of continuing this "Dirt Mafia" and had no intention of actually playing. You joined just to try to break the rules, but got caught. I fail to understand how you managed to place it on an island owned by a player that is currently banned, without having any previous association.

Quite frankly, I have seen no regret or concern for your actions, nor has there been any admission of guilt, which is a very necessary element of a successful ban appeal. In addition to the fact that this was not an isolated incident as multiple other players have been banned for a very similar offense, all claiming to be a part of the same organization, I do not believe that it would be appropriate to unban you at this time.

Please take this time to reflect upon your behavior to ensure that there is no need for further disciplinary action. If you feel that I have been unfair in any way, have misunderstood the situation, or believe that you truly did not deserve any sort of punishment, please feel free to respectfully discuss this either in another appeal, or a private conversation. In order for any future explanations to be taken into consideration, you must respectfully explain all of the events leading up to this ban, and politely explain why you believe that you deserve another chance. Failure to do so will result in an instant denial.
