Well the reason I did it was because at the time I thought Stel was slowly disliking my posts, so I was foolishly returning the favour. I could have reported it, but I know it's fair now since we both got punished, but I know the reason, unlike her. I've got things Ever since I lost the permissions, I've been posting lots more and accused of post boosting. There's things I want to rate, but can't as I was foolish to abuse them. I was obnoxious and had no idea where I was wrong. My attitude in my last attempt wasn't good, so here is a positive one.
If I get my permissions back, I will be more careful and won't give out many negatives. I'll only rate when necessary.
I'm also trying to start a new leaf with skyblock.

I personally believe that you have had too many chances at rating things, and I would need to see improvement before giving you your rating permission back. I am denying your appeal at the moment, but you are free to make an appeal in the future—just not now.
