Fatal's Appeal [Cookie] (Accepted)

1. Server name (.net / .org ): I play on .NET.
2. In-game name: My ingame name is TehFatality.
3. Full exact Ban Message: "Looting. Appeal @ Skyblock Forums -Cookie"
4. Did you read the rules ? Yes, I am very aware of the rules.
5. Why do YOU think you were banned? I was banned for apparent looting, when the items were mine in the first place.
6. Was this an incorrect ban? I can't really say yes, or no, I'm not sure as I were not aware of the logic behind this.
7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? Yes, I have been banned twice, once when I bridged back when I was a greenie, and I got temp-banned by console for 30 minutes when apparently trying to fly hack.
8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I think I should be unbanned because I didn't know that if you give YOUR items that were RIGHTFULLY yours in the first place to an apparent 'friend' and then take them again, that means the items are theirs therefore it counts as looting, but I clearly misjudged that and weren't thinking about that at the time.. It wasn't even a major loot, it was just my items that I earned that I wanted to give to a friend, but clearly betrayed me.

Okay, so you did PM me about this a while ago. You basically told me that you had given the player the items, then you had taken them back after she had supposedly had a fight with you.

You did give them to her which makes it rightfully hers. Since you had taken them from her because of an argument that occurred between you two and was outside of the server, it falls under the category of looting.

Hopefully that cleared things up more, and so would you like to restate why you wish to be unbanned, now knowing more information on your ban?

 

Hmm, alright, thank you for clearing that up..

I wish to be unbanned because I really like playing on that community, and I have met really nice people there, therefore I don't want this all to end over something so silly. If the items need to be given back, then I'll make sure to return the items. I don't want to be banned permantely as I cause no harm or threat what so ever to the server, and basically a small loot like that is not major, but isn't worth removing me from the server because of that mistake that I did not know about, so I apologise.

 

Alright, I'll give you one more chance. Also, I'd like to see the items returned to the player, and just to make sure I'd like to see them be given back.
