I just started on skyblock.org this week and decided to donate to help out the community and get some better stuff to eventually open a shop. I chose the $25 pack for a spawner and the donor kit. When I got on, I was given a spawner, but was told the kits aren't even available yet. Why is this not listed on the donate page? Just warn potential donors that there will be no kits until further notice. It's really not hard, and it saves people a lot of frustration.

Next issue is the spawner itself. If moved, it does not drop. You will get a message telling you that mob spawner drops are temporarily disabled and to contact a Mod. Fine, sounds easy enough, right? Wrong. Here is where the real problems with the service start. I've spent literally hours on the server asking for any Mod's help to no avail. I don't spam, I'm polite, and I have tried public and private messages. I get NOTHING. Not even a "sorry, I can't help with that, but here's who can" or "please message me in private." Nothing. I've seen multiple users asking for Moderator help only to be ignored, and the Mods are active. They're chatting away amongst all the cries for help. Obviously I can't judge an entire service on a few days, but considering the other threads in this forum, it seems to be an issue that needs to be addressed.

I wouldn't care so much if this was just skybucks, but this is real money I worked for, and paid out of my own pocket to support a server who are essentially saying "we got your money, we don't care and there's nothing you can do about it." It's disappointing, to say the least.

Now let put this in perspective. The first day the server opened, over 8000 UNIQUE players joined to create islands and play. Throughout the day there is about 1 - 2 mods and occasionally there are there mods on.

The server only holds a max of 300 players and it is nearly full all the time. Explain to me how those 3 mods can service all 300 players at one time? It's ridiculously difficult to do so. We do try our best though. I find it pretty unfair you accuse us of ignoring you. You need to understand that you are one player out of thousands that play here.

I do understand that. I'm not asking for special treatment - just fair treatment. I wasn't impatient. You are actually one of the Mods I was talking about. I asked numerous times whilst you were there, and you never once gave me a response. You had plenty of time to discuss other things with other members/Mods at the time, and the server was barely half full, so your excuses are moot, at least in this case. I'm not "accusing you" of anything, merely pointing out that a player has asked for help whilst you and other Mods were active and got no response. From my perspective, as a new member, that's what feeling ignored is like.

If that's what you call "ignoring" then join the rest of those that I "ignore" :p you aren't the only one that I "ignore". Anyways, you need to speak up if you want help in this server because of that fact. What I mean by this is that you need to ask us for help in a repetitive fashion. I'm not saying to be that one annoying pest that spams the living hell out of me and only wants me to come to his island to give him free items ( lol ), just try your hardest to get our attention. If you're a donor, use the colors to get our attention. It really does help.

You're repeating what I already said. I'm well aware I'm the only one not being heard. I mentioned that clearly. I also said I was asking for HOURS multiple times without spamming. I have done that 2 days in a row now when I can. What are you suggesting I do, the same thing I'm doing and just hope that someone decides to answer me? Luck of the draw? I don't have all week to sit on a server begging for someone to do what they're supposed to do. I get you guys are busy, I get you miss things sometimes, but I literally asked you personally for help in the gaps of a discussion between yourself and another donor yesterday and was completely passed by. The same thing has happened with every other Moderator that's been on, private message or public. I appreciate you taking the time to answer me on the forum, but I'm no closer to getting my spawner back.

Just to add in here, if it seems we are ignoring, that is simply not true.

You've seen how cluttered chat already is. Well, multiply that by about 10 or 15, and that's what we, the staff, have to see at all times. We see every private message, mail, and command, so messages get lost VERY easily.
