Farming of islands is banned in order not to allow additional wealth benefits from more dirt on an island, the possibility of creating large farms at an early level of the game, in order not to spoil the economy which is based on a block of grass which is dirt, as it were.
In summary, it is forbidden not to make the gameplay more difficult and not to incur additional benefits from additional items from another unbuilt island.
