Donor upgrade 25 --> 50 removed perks, but gave items

Today (17/2/15 at ~13:15 GMT) I purchased the donor upgrade 25 to 50 kit using my mobile phone and Google wallet, I then went to the server and requested to have my donor status updated, and it was by [Mod] Lycel (Chat moved too quickly and conversation was deleted before I realised that there was a problem so I have no screenshot). I still have access to my /kit cobble, as well as receiving my enchanting table. However my [Donor] name tag and yellow name itself is gone, and so is my /donor25. I never received a /donor50 kit. My donor status has been wiped and I wish for this to be fixed.

~ I purchased donor25 and upgraded to 50, I did not own donor 10.

[Edit] my friend informed me that the upgrade system is done autonomously, so [Mod] Lycel may not have had any involvement other than being apart of the conversation.

The conversation went (sort of) like this:

AKMF: Pls may you update my donor status, I purchased the donor upgrade from 25 to 50
Lycel: No thank you
AKMF:
AKMF receives enchanting table
Lycel: I wish I had the money to upgrade myself

 

You or your parents would have gotten an email with a transaction ID
Put it in hidden content like so:

I have not received an email, but if I show you the bank transaction screenshot of my phone would that suffice


Recent donations shows I donated, is that enough?

 

It doesn't prove you are a Donor $25.

Earlier today I made this post about losing the spawner I got for being donor 25, also if you need witnesses of my donor status, I have messaged krissy_, Lycel, Sourceforums, and at least 2 more mods who will hopefully remember that I was in fact a donor.

[Edit] My donor 50 status has been reinstated, thank you whoever did it, but I still don't have more donor 25 kit

 

No, once you upgrade to another donor thats the ONLY kit you get, so your not supposed to have donor25 so its all fine

I have donor kit 50 but not 25, should I retain both kits?

If you upgraded from Donor25 to Donor50 you will only get the donor50 kit.
