Donor problems. [2/18/14]

ok, so ive been playing on this server fora while, and i got some donor upgrades back in december. Ive had the unfortune to find out when i upgraded, i didnt get my rank. i bought 10-25, then 25-100, and didnt get my rank. i was kinda ok with it at first, and just waited for the rank, its now february and i still dont have my rank. i would appriciate if someone would look at this thread and heres a screenshotof the reciept.

The same thing happened to me when I tried to purchase 25 daller donor instead later I bought 10 then upgraded to 50 :/
