Donor Kits

Hello Crew and Cyp (I think only you two can help with this),

I was talking to some other donors and skygods and they said that they can get multiple kits from different donation levels. I know Tannenbaum can get 2 different kits on hellblock after upgrading from one rank to another, but I cannot. I am a skygod on .net and was originally a $50. I upgraded to a $100 and then recently to a $250, but I can only get the /kit donor250. Is that how it should work? If not, why do some people get to claim 2 kits? And if so, would you be able to fix this for me?

What item/donor package: I bought a $50 package a while ago, upgraded to a $100, and recently to $250
Transaction ID/Picture of the receipt: I do not have one since I got my ranks alright. I am posting this wondering if I should have kept the previous ranks' kits.

I believe they have fixed this issue in all servers

 

You don't get to keep previous kits when you upgrade.
