Hi there, it has been three months now since I was top voter in August (you can check on the home page). The day after I went on buycraft to claim the rank then with out a notice Buycraft was down on both servers. Then the next day I only had receive a spawner that was include but I haven't receive the rank. I also had tried contacting Cypriotmerks (Cyp) after the issue then tried contacting him by email but after these 3 months still no reply. Please help me solve this as soon as possible! Thank you

 

Do you have any proof? proof is very important. Take a screenshot of the receipt and share it privately with staff

Try starting a private message with Cypriot. If you can not get in contact with him, if he doesn't res pond, I'd be glad to message him on TeamSpeak when I see him, or when I catch him in game.

 

Yes I tried that 3 months ago. But no reply. It will be great if you can get a hold of him for me

Sean or Exastify cannot do anything about this situation, only contact Cypriot.

 

Make a private message between Cypriot, you, and I and put the information. I will message him as soon as you create it, since I see him online TeamSpeak.

 

I think they probably talk to Cyp more often than the average player, Emerald. I'm sure they could help.

 

I am not sure if Sean has that kind of contact with Cypriot, although he is the admin. Exastify however has very good contact to Cypriot, but since I have the permission to message Cyp on TeamSpeak, and he's mostly on TeamSpeak, I can reach him still.

 

ethan1705 I am going to give you two options.

You can either start a private conversation between You, Cypriot, and I, and tell him the information or if you have TeamSpeak, I can make him message you so you can have a conversation on TeamSpeak.

 

when i got donor25 i got the rank and the spawner that comes with it, but it didnt announce in chat. check if you have color chat, if you do you have the rank

 

If you got an upgrade from donor10, it does not show upgrades. However if you went from no rank to donor25, it was probably just a bug in the Broadcast system.

Well yes then, upgrades do not have a broadcast message. The only upgrades that have a broadcast message is if you get skygod, or donor400 from any rank.
