Does your friend have proof of the purchase? An email would have come through from PayPal with the transaction ID and (I think) the username used to purchase.

If he/she has that, you can send an email to [email protected], [email protected] or you can message a mod to contact CypriotMerks - these are the best ways to reach Cyp with donor issues.

 

He Bought it like 1- 2 years ago and he was 15 then so he had to get his mom to purchase it for him so I may not be there

 

You could check his mom's email and scroll back a few years if you can, if not, I'm not sure what to do.

Try contacting a smod to get through to Cyp, he is most likely very busy and sometimes won't reach the emails for a while.

I agree with what GreenGuy_ said, since it has been a few years your friend could try emailing or messaging Cyp. Other then that I'm not sure what to tell you. Good Luck though hope your friend can find the proof
