Donated a Long Time Ago

So ive played this server a long time ago.. over 4 or 5 years ago and I donated. I stopped playing once and hopped on the server again to see that most everything has changed including my rank. Back then I just simply announced to a mod that I was a donor and wanted my kit back and he was able to find me in the system I suppose. Well the same problem occurred again because I just got back on the server after a year or 2 and my donation rank is gone again. This time im told to post a thread about it... anyone able to help?

 

Leeeroieee should be able to help you resolve this issue. If possible, please provide the username that the rank was purchased for, the rank name if you are able to remember it, as well as a transaction ID or any proof of purchase if possible. Please put any personal information that you would like to keep private in hidden content, by enclosing it with the following tags, to ensure that only staff members may view it. If you do not have this information, please provide us with your username so that an administrator may try to look up your name in the buycraft records.

You should then receive your rank after confirmation of purchase.

I believe the donation cost at the time was around $20 or $25 dollars but its all a vivid blur in my memory

 

I can't find you as a donator anywhere. I'll check and see if there is anything else I can do.

 

Is it possible that they wipe the names of past donators who just havnt logged on in years, cause like I said its been a long time

 

I am unsure, I will check with some other mods and see what I can do

 

Update: So, it seems like we cannot find anything of your rank. We don't wipe old donor permissions. You may either be mistaken your rank with another server or perhaps you gave the wrong username. There isn't anything else we can do for you.
