Denied [Doge_Man420] Ban Evading [Michael] [Resolved]

so i just got banned again for no reason. same reason as before even after we just sorted this whole mess out. please can a mod message me this is getting ridiculous and annoying

 

Hello Doge, thank you for taking the time to create an appeal.

Unfortunately, you will have to stay banned for the same length of time as your main account, as you were very clearly ban evading. I logged on and you were arguing with TigerLord600 in chat, and also sent me a private message, trying to complain about him. I would also like to add that at the same time, you were online with your other two alternate accounts, as if you did not care about the fact you were evading your ban.

A moderator has been able to confirm that this account is owned by another person; however, that still does not allow me to unban it, as it is still tied to the same IP address. There is no way to prove, without a doubt, that Narwheenie does not have access to this account at this moment, regardless of the fact that it is someone else's account.

I apologize; however, regardless of the reasoning you may have, I am not able to unban the account at the moment. We have quite a strict policy about not unbanning alternate accounts, regardless of claims that the original offender does not have access to it, especially with so little evidence.

Regardless of who actually owns this account, it is to remain banned, as it is being used to evade the ban, whether it is being actively controlled by the real owner or not.



I fail to see how this would be any different than using an alternate account to ban evade. Please let me know if I am misinterpreting Narwheenie's words; however, it seems to me that he is saying that you are physically in the same room, discussing the chat with him. If this is the case, there is absolutely no way to ensure that he is not able to simply start using the account to interact with players on the server, as you are in the same physical location.

As discussed in Discord, another moderator will provide their input, per your request. I apologize if there have been any misunderstandings; however, there is no way to verify this claim, and we generally have a strict policy against unbanning accounts from the same IP, as it would be very easy to lie about this. I would like to personally apologize for giving you the wrong impression in your previous appeal, as this situation became a lot more suspicious when all of Narwheenie's alternate accounts were ban evading at the same time.

 

me and tiger werent even arguing you can pull up the logs. He asked to be friends and i said no, then i said to drop the whole thing because i wasnt trying to start this whole fight all over again. If you guys want evidence then just ask, ill show you guys that he doesnt have access to it cause this is some bs why should i get banned because my irl friend did, that makes no sense. Im forever following the rules of the server, i think i got warned once before and that was because i said something inappropriate but that was it. Ive never been in major trouble before so i dont see why im suddenly being treated so unfairly here. I get theres nothing you can do btw Michael, mainly saying all this so everyone can see

 

this is the only account i own btw, Nar is the one with IslandMall and IslandShop as his alts, i have no control over those accounts as he doesnt have control over mine

 

could you guys peep narwheenies ban appeal then? because he made some good points on why he shouldnt be banned rn and im not trying to be banned for the next 3 days for no reason XD
