Do Foxes Spawn On Moss?

I read somewhere that they do but i dont know for sure. If they dont how would you spawn red foxes?

 

I believe they do, but usually mobs have a hard time naturally spawning on the server. It’s probably easier asking someone to spawn some for you with /spawnmob (although im not sure if foxes can be spawned with this command since there’s quite a few mobs that we can not spawn)
