Hello everyone, I would like to appeal. I was banned around 2 months ago for doing a scam and causing mischief and I'm truly sorry for all that I done. I was acting immature but, I have learned my lesson now. I promise, I will never do this again. I had many things on that server and I would love to get back on.

   Did you read the rules ? I miss read the rules and just skipped over them but I realize that I should've read them and will next time
   Why do YOU think you were banned? I was banned for scamming and mischief. I am truly sorry for doing this and I wont do it again.

That's weird. It showed that I replied on my phone, but it didn't go through. I apologize.

Anyway, what I was going to say is that what you did happened multiple times. You stated that this is an incorrect ban, but you then say that you did a scam, so which one is it? I'm not trying to be mean; I'm just asking.

Also, why did you choose to say "a" scam instead of all the scams that you did? You were banned many times by me for scamming, but you then say that you were never banned on Skyblock before. The phrasing you're using is pretty self-contradictory—if not misleading.

Have you ever been on another Minecraft server? If so, was scamming illegal there? Most servers—and by that I mean about 95%—of servers are against scamming and have it in their rules that you can't scam. If you've been on other servers, what do you mean by you misread the rules?

 

Hi, I was only temp-banned before this not a permanent ban. I didn't mean to try and make it sound misleading and yes, I play on another server and scamming is allowed. The owner says it should be available because it's a part of the game but maybe not on this server. I will not scam on this server. I have many things saved on this server and I would love to get back to them.

 

Why did you choose to continue even though you got tempbanned?

I was being mean but I have learned my lesson I am just asking for a second chance and forgiveness.

 

Are you going to refund people you have scammed that you remember if you do?

 

Yes, I will try and seek those out that I scammed and give them there items back.

 

From this thread, please explain the "scamming" portion of the rules

 

I understand to that scamming is 100% not tolerated and if I do it once more that's it I'm done. Scamming ruins the pleasure for players to play on skyblock. Scamming is a dishonest, greedy, and immature thing to do. There is absolutely no scamming what so ever on Skyblock.net

2. Staff is not responsible for any scammed items.
3. Trade at your own risk.
4. First ban- 7 day ban
5. Second ban - 31 day ban
