Count to 50 before a normal member posts

    This is the same as Cyp's game of counting to 50, except it's for the moderators (Feel the pain~ :p)

    However, since it'd be too hard for you moderators, I'll make it so that the same person cannot stop a spree twice in a row. For example:

    Krissy: 1
    Dewmellon: 2
    SourceForums: Heh
    Lycel: 1
    SourceForums: :p
    Pizza: :p

    Tagging the moderators I recommend to try this:
    krissy_punk
    Lycel-Chan
    Dewmellon
