[ChocoFudge] Illegal Trade [Sakura] [Denied]

I have been banned for placing dirt on someones island. I should not be banned because I didn't know that you could be banned for helping someone's island and ItzNeonex (I think that's his name but it something similar). He also asked me to fill the dirt less places on his island. He is only banning me because he scammed me and I threaten to send a ban (it was a deal about glass I gave him glass and he gave my 0.6 sky bucks) I didn't know if it was illegal and I could find a way to report without evidence, yet, he reported me without evidence and is doing this for personal reasons.

I prepose that I am unbanned and this issue is dropped.

Please do the right thing and unban me.

4. I did /rules when i joined the sever and I didn't see any rule against placing dirt.
5. Because ItzNeonix (I think thats what his name was [the island i placed dirt on belonged to him]) scammed me. I was told it was illegal and was going to report him, but I had no proof so I let it go. I helped him on his island by filling in areas that needed grass to make amends and ask for my 200 sky bucks he scammed me of. If this was an automatic ban it was for placing dirt, if ItzNeonix reported me it's because he doesn't want to be banned.
6. No, I did place dirt on his island.
7. No, I am a honest player.
8. I should be unbanned because this wasn't my fault. This wasn't in /rules so I didn't know it was wrong. I am only a kid and (if the ban was not automatic) I was practically framed. It is not fair for me to be banned for a grudge ItzNeonix has against me. If the ban was automatic, I shouldn't get banned because there is no rule against it in /rules and I was not doing it to get paid. I didn't know about the full rules on skyblock.net (the website) but now I have read them it says the ban is under the category of illegal trading. Because this incident was not a trade I should not be banned.

And, just to let you know, giving dirt is also illegal and will fall under illegal trading.

 

Hello Choco, thanks for making an appeal.
As you know, you were banned for trading illegal items via placing them on another island other than your own. The first thing I notice about your appeal is that your story seems to be a bit inconsistent. So far, its gone from he asked you to place dirt on his island to you placed dirt on his island to make amends for him scamming you. (?) From the evidence I was given, you said, "I have dirt and I noticed your island looks like it needs it", screenshot below.

First and foremost, what really happened - why did you offer to place dirt on his island?

 

Because he scammed me of 6 glass and I wanted to take it back when he trusted me. I was going to use the 200 sky bucks he was supposed to give me to buy 8 glass of someone's island so I could make a _jeb sheep monument after buying a name tag. I couldn't report him because I had no proof so I waited until he forgot, then I offered to place dirt on his island so I could go into his chests and take the glass back.

 

Two wrong don't make a right. Just because he may have scammed you doesn't mean you should have him trust you so you can steal it back. If that was the case, you get screenshots, and if you cant, get a mod involved. Taking things like this into your own hands gets you in trouble - or in your case, tempbanned.

Your tempban will not be lifted. As of right now, you have 10 days of your ban remaining. Take this as a warning, if you have a problem with someone, get in contact with mod via the forums or find on in game instead of trying to handle it yourself.
