Chargeback bought with diamonds, resolved but now affecting other servers

basically i was going to buy a VIP rank on another server. But it told me i had too many chargebacks. I appealed and they told me i had to get whoever chargebacked me to change the status to refund. But i cant do anything about it becuase those people have been banned. I cannot contact them and i just wanted a rank. I am really sad because this is the only time my parents let me buy a rank.

 

Have you thouroughly explained all this to Buycraft staff? Because they seem understanding and responsive to fraud issues. Or at least that's how they present themselves on their blog. And if the chargeback has been closed as you seem to say in the title, I don't understand what their problem is at all in the first place...

 

Sadly this isn’t anything to do with Skyblock, but Buycraft itself. As already stated, you’ll have to contact their staff there. Email [email protected] and they should be able to sort it from there, but as this problem doesn’t actually have to do with the server I’ll lock this up for you.
