Accepted Chargeback Appeal[Accepted]

Did I read the rules: I had not but my behavior was still unacceptable, I apologise for the entire situation.
I know that I was banned for disrespecting staff/moderators and overall being a d*** towards everyone, which didn't help the situation. I had bought a donor rank and regretted it so decided to ask for a refund, during the whole process of trying to get my money back I was rude and disrespectful and now understand why the moderators didn't want to waste their time on me, for which I apologise.
This ban was justified but I feel like I have learned from it and know that I will not behave the same way ever again.
I am not too sure if I had a previous ban before this but I believe I had one given to me during the issue, which was most likely for disrespectful behaviour.
I believe I should be unbanned because I have learnt my lesson and have been able to readjust my behavior since then, I have come to realise that the moderators are people too and deserve respect and that me buying the donor kit was my mistake and not theirs so they shouldn't have to deal with it. If I was unbanned you will see that I am not actually the person I was 6 months ago and I regret everything I did then.

Usually you have to pay back the money in order to be unbanned.

 

I never got the refund which is why I believe I should be unbanned

 

Well if you didn't chargeback then you wouldn't be banned.

 

I attempted to get a refund and was a complete a*****e about it, which was why they banned me I think.

 

Pay back the money then, you are banned as you broke the T&Cs.

 

I didn't get the money, you don't understand. I asked for a refund and never got it, so I was an a*****e which was why I got banned. I did not get any form of refund.

 

Could you give any proof?

 

Opening a paypal despute, even if you didn't win the despute, still is a permanent ban for chargeback.

 

This was over half a year ago, so I don't know what proof I will be able to obtain. and in reply to Kerahna I was banned for asking for a refund whilst in game, which led to me getting a temporary ban from the .net server. After being banned on there I joined the forums to appeal for the refund. I then got banned permanently for saying I wanted a refund, I never actually applied for one via paypal.

 

These are the most recent transactions on my paypal account, as you can see I received no form of refund and nor did I apply for one.

 

I genuinely can't remember, as previously stated this was over half a year ago and I believe I was under the influence of alcohol whilst this all went down (that is not an excuse, I understand my behaviour was still unacceptable). I can't even find any emails from a previous account, it may have been this one.
