4. The question "Why do you think you should be a Mod" put more details like traits and such.
5. For the question "How long can you be active on the serer everyday", make a schedule Monday-Sunday.
6. Also, the question "Do you have any past experience as a Moderator" put whether they were large / small servers/ And how long were you / have you been a Moderator on that server.
