Caps Protection

    Currently, I see a lot of people typing things like OFIHGOISDFHGOIFDSHGOHI (caps).

    That completely defeats the point of the plugin.

    I'd like to suggest that moderators warn/kick/mute/ban people for doing this. The caps spam in chat would be significantly lowered.

    E.g. SKIN COMPETITION AND BANNER SHOP /VISIT [player] (caps protection).

    Honestly, bypassing the plugin isn't acceptable nor necessary. The plugin was meant to keep annoyance out of chat. Please obey it. (directly to those who do this).

    Regardless, I totally agree with your point.

    I don't really know if the correct response to this is "support", but I agree. The caps plugin was implemented for a reasons, it gets quite annoying when players are constantly bypassing it with "(caps)" or "(caps protection)".

    I know that people have been kicked in the past especially if they're spamming it. I'm pretty sure mods still kick them. Banning is a little much, but a mute wouldn't be bad.

    We do kick for people using this. Because its still caps. Its easy to bypass the filter. Basically any PHRASE IN THESE UNGODLY CAPS then adding this

    would bypass the filter. Caps is caps whether you use the "caps protect" or not.

    I hate it when people think they can get away with something like that by putting 'caps' or 'caps protection' after it.

    I saw a plugin on another server where you (if you write too many words in caps) it makes them automatically to normal.

    Perhaps somehow you could add a plugin if you use too many caps in a message, it kicks you? ;p

    Or you could just kick them. Mods don't really do much anyway with island protect. Not that hard

    By moderators kicking or muting you mean doing they're jobs, yes.

    By adding a stricter and better anticaps plugin, I agree.
