Resolved Can't get into the server! heelp

Hi!
I'm new here. A friend of mine plays on the server, and I'd like to play with him, but I can't join the server! I can get into other servers, so it's not my computer. When I try to join the server, it gets stuck on loading terrain and eventually says "Disconnected". I can still see the server info in the server selection screen though.
I tried logging in on another account and joining, and it did let me join for a while. I completed a captcha and could move around and all that, but within minutes i got disconnected and couldn't get back into the server. Could I be banned from the server or something? My brother has played on my account years ago, maybe that could be it?

You aren't banned! It can be your version though. Try 1.12.2 Sometimes the server does that so dont worry too much. It has happened to me before! If still no luck just wait a few hours and try again later!

 

As it's saying Loading Terrain then disconnecting, I believe the server's attempting to connect him to Classic.

Classic is the oldest skyblock server (since 2012) and runs on version 1.8 - I suggest using version 1.8-1.8.9 and you might have better luck. Any version past 1.12.2 has compatability issues with the server (like doors and some other entities breaking), and 1.12.2 is far superior.
