Cant access Skyblock shop

This is a weird issue im having where every time i go to shop.skyblock.net the page crashes. Anyone know hwo to fix this? Thanks

 

Anyone? i still cant get to it and i have checked all my internet settings and all that and i still cant get on to it

 

Yea I cant get onto it either i odnt know whats wrong maybe they doing some changes or something

I can access it just fine. Have you tried basic trouble shooting?

- Restarting your computer
- Restarting your browser
- Clearing your cookies
- Trying with a different browser (I'm using firefox )
- Clicking the donate link from the forums / typing it in by hand (whichever method you weren't doing)

If you haven't tried those things, I would give them a try. Especially clearing your cookies, or trying a different browser.

 

Yea Im able to get into it now. But when I bought what I wanted it never gave it to me...

Wait, you just said that you were able to get on and purchase something, so is it still crashing for you? Or is the issue now that you haven't received the purchase that you made?

 

Ok, so the issue appears that you can't get on.

Try it with a completely different device. Go on at school, at a library etc, see if it still crashes for you; it should work fine as it works fine for me and several other players. Then try another device on your network, such as another computer or a smart phone and see if you're able to access the webpage. If you are not able to, then it's your internet issue and you'll need to contact your ISP. If you are able to access it on a different device then it's likely to be your computer.

Try several different browsers, do all of them crash? Try Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome and tell me if any or all of them crash? Could you post picture of what you mean by "crash" in any of the browsers that do?

 

No everytime i try go to the site the site crashes
