Broken Donor Shop in game

I'm running 1.11 client side with no mods, and the shopkeepers in the donor shop seem to only have blank pages for sale, anyone know how to fix it?

 

As far as I know, all the villagers (at /warp trade and /warp donor) are broken on this server in 1.11

 

Any chance you know what version I can run for it to work?

 

1.8-1.9 works for sure, I think 1.10 does too
