been silenced?

hey, i have recently been silenced on skyblock.net Is it permenant? how do i become unsilenced? my little bro was playing on my minecraft account so i have no idea what he has done. he must've done something like Spamming, cursing etc in chat but i really dont know. I am aware of the rules and i will supervise him next time. I take full responsibility as i should of made sure he new all the rules before letting him play.
chat is one of the most important things in the game for me as i use it to trade and help people out if needed. I would fully apreciate you unbanning me.
