Beacon help?

    so I have this problem where i put an iron in the empty slot and the green correct isnt getting available to me so i can choose whether to choose haste or speed. (I have 3 x 3 iron block beneath it. Any ideas?/help?

    if the beacons light isnt shining, you cant set the powers. if the light isnt on, the pyramid is wrong
