    Got back from holiday and found out that my son was banned from the server, some of his friends had stoeln his password and done something that had get him banned, how do we get back on the server?

    Hi maxthecoolguy,
    Thanks for letting us know. Providing you can give us his Minecraft Username, I shouldn't have any trouble unbanning him. Note that on any repeat offense, the account will be banned again from the server without the option to appeal.
