Never it's my third day on Teamspeak server, and I've only talked with 10 people or so. And my first ban is permanent and it is incorrect ban. See "6" for full explanation. Why do you think you should be unbanned? Ginger banned me wrongfully, she banned me for ddash I first thought it was ddos or something but when I /msg'd her on skyblock.net server she said "I'm not playing your games, Dash" so I'm pretty sure she wrongfully banned me in place of someone else. Now, I'm not trying to make an enemy of this mod but I'm really angry at how she banned me in place of someone else without even checking IP or something because I live in Mongolia and there's no way that ddash person could be from here. Secondly I'm also really angry for her not listening to me and just ignoring me after the initial thing, I had an island and my name is different from whoever that may be so I'm really hurt because I think she let personal hatred for someone else take better judgement of her. Lastly, I'm the victim here and I think this is very bad decision on Ginger's responsibility as a moderator. Banning without any warning, no checking on IP or whatever that mod on TeamSpeak can do to identify first, then ban in certain situations. Refusing to listen after ban and continually ignoring me while saying "No, Dash." "I'm not playing your games, dash." I don't have screens as I had never happen to me before and when I took the better sense of approaching this situation she had already ignored me. I even told her we talked before on TeamSpeak and my name was Malex~ before that but continued ignorance towards me Hopefully this situation can be solved accordingly, as I see no logic on her approach to a situation like this. I also had good picture of her when we talked before on .net and teamspeak but looks like that image is forever broken for me as I see this as Mod Power abuse. Edit: I see that appeal rests on Ginger's decision as she was the one who banned me, and hopefully you take that hatred on the rightful person and not a innocent person who just started playing on the server 10 days ago and used teamspeak for 3 days only. I hope you also see your mistake and not show ignorance towards contact afterwards, as I'm the sole victim here.
No, this isn't an incorrect ban. You came on yesterday with the exact same name, went into a public channel with the same voice and you had no member. If you were speaking to someone or have been on teamspeak before, I would have remembered and given you member. You had none of that. Case closed.
