Ban histories are not cleared. I banned you for being partially involved in rule breaking, as someone else interacted with illegals on your island, whether or not you gave consent. But no worries, we can look back on any appeals, journals, etc. or speak with the staff member for details on things to clarify any misunderstandings. You be unbanned promptly after the illegal dirt is cleared. I have said a lot on your brother’s appeal, you can read it together.

These rules apply to Economy, Skyblock, and Classic
I cannot exploit bugs or cheating in other ways
Trading perks other than NoobCrew's server is allowed, if they get caught, the players will get in trouble, doing so is against the Minecraft EULA
I cannot destroy another player's base/island if not allowed, flying machines are not allowed
I cannot steal another player's items, I should be careful for who I invite to my coop, or who coop's I join, I can private chests on their island to protect my items
I cannot scam anyone, this includes tricking people to give you items in the game, casinos that do nothing etc.
I cannot trade dirt, buckets etc.
I can use some hacks but not the ones that are not allowed, such as fly etc.
I cannot advertise other servers or links other than the ones that NoobCrew owns
I cannot threaten people with blackmail or threats if you have screenshot proof then you have to report them to skyblock.net player reports
I cannot build inappropriate things
I cannot use inappropriate usernames or skins
I cannot say inappropriate things, an example of this is cursing and throwing darts at others
I cannot use free capes from stolen Minecraft accounts from links
I cannot use another person's username as my nickname without permission or inappropriate users
I cannot spam the chat or troll, an example for this is BillyFam908:[SkyBlock] Hover the word to type
I cannot report players for false reasons, this is used to get the other player in trouble or not providing evidence I did this once, but I did not know the proper way to do so, that was when I was a noob at Minecraft.
I cannot use alt accounts to bypass the punishment I had to go somewhere so I did not have time to write this and I am sorry
