3. Full exact Ban Message: kicked whilst connecting to Skyblock: banned: scamming appeal @www.mineverse.com ~ Lola
4. Did you read the rules ? yes and I even did /rules
5. Why do YOU think you were banned? because I did a mystery item chest and somebody didn't like what they got and wanted a refund which I refused to give them.
6. Was this an incorrect ban? I don't think it was incorrect I think it should have been temporary as the punishment seems to severe for the crime, Even though there is nothing about scamming on /rules or the rule board
7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? I haven't been banned before on Skyblock
8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? That's the thing, I think that yes I deserve some form of punishment but it feels like im being given the death penalty for stealing a loaf of bread, I think that either I should get a temporary mute or temporary ban instead. The reason I think this is because The person came to my house, Which was there own choice, They clicked the sign, Which was there own choice, They didn't like what they got. Had there been diamonds in the chest for $50 each then there wouldn't be this problem, It is purely because he didn't like what he got, Yes he messaged me after and said I want a refund and I said no and this is because nobody else refunds if you don't like your item/s. If it is the fact the I did a mystery box then I can tell you others who have done them aswell.
