[BAN APPEAL] bronzypig [the_dirty_ninja]

7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? I have been duplicating but i didnt know that was a bannable thing at that time.
8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? Becuase it was an incorrect ban.

Firstly, this is the second time I am posting the ban appeal. The first ban appeal here was denied inexplicably by dirty for no reason other than what appears to be frustration on his part.

While I was logged in to Skyblock, I got the message that I was banned for griefing by ninja, and to appeal. I had been on for at least 1 hr prior, at no point in time was I contacted by Dirty to clarify or explain anything.

A bit of background:

A few days ago, I decided to create a new island. As there were other coop members on my current island, I contacted them to discuss this. We agreed that I would make a new island, and transfer the ownership to one of them so that they wouldn't be left homeless. I left the island and never looked back. I only took the stuff that was mine from that island, I am not sure why they are currently accusing me of griefing them. I have never heard of the name of the accuser before, nor have I talked to them in chat or otherwise.

Regarding the previous ban appeal:

I am not sure what's going on there. Originally I was accused of griefing, but that was later retracted by Dirty to become "new island farming". When I attempted to point out that this did not fall into that definition, Dirty seemed to get angry and subsequently denied the appeal sarcastically without giving a reason.

While I understand that the primary appeal is meant to rest with Dirty, I am asking the help of other mods to assist ISuika @Kerahana KatoKillsMyGPA, as I feel that the previous appeal was being handled unfairly by Dirty.

I do not understand the reason for my original ban, or the reason that I am still not unbanned.

 

Please help me understand it then.

Might I ask then which rule(s) is it that I'm breaking? I can not find any rules anywhere that state that this is not allowed.

May I ask who's island I was accused of griefing?

 

What's their name? I never sold any island, and I have a feeling you have this ban confused with another.

 

Because I gave my coop to cosmicfirefred.

Was cosmicfirefred the one who reported the grief?

See your saying here you had a screenshot of HIM, i'm asking of actual evidence of him REPORTING the island being griefed

 

you see here, im talking to him on skype right now and hes saying he never told you that he was banned. If you reject this I still NEED evidence and its my pleasure if you join the call on skype

Dirty Ninja i am really sorry for what my cousin has done. See my cousin wants to go on the computer all the time and i always skype with bronzypig for home works and if we get spare time we go on minecraft. My cousin thought by cutting bronzypig out she could take the computer all to her. So when i went to the toilet she may have sneaked in and said bronzypig APPARENTLY griefed me. Also bronzypig is my best friend so maybe if he actually griefed me i would just be cool about it. Also a question, when my cousin was typing to you was it in like a text message like "u r owsom"?

 

Also dirty you dont need to duplicate the items because Fred is cool about it and he is fine by me taking my OWN stuff somewhere else. I believe you still unsure who said they were griefed
