Did You Read the Rules: Yes I have read the rules.

Why Do You Think You Were Banned: I really don't know why I was banned, I was on MineChat and I got disconnected and it says that I was banned.

Was This an Incorrect Ban: Yes, this is because I never looted Phyx. I have never seen Phyx's island. I was on MineChat. I wasn't on my computer.

Have I Ever Been Banned Before: Yes, I have for /nick abuse back in December of 2013.

Why Do You Think You Should be Unbanned: I think I should be unbanned because I never looted or did anything wrong to Phyx. Again, I was just on. MineChat.
