5. Why do YOU think you were banned? I was banned because me and a player got in a fight over 3 months ago and I ddosed him.
   
6. Was this an incorrect ban? No
   
7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? I have been banned for 2 false chargebacks and a false grief ban.
   
8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? Before I would like to say why I should be unbanned I would like to say that I truly am sorry for ddsoing an innocent player just because we got in an argument it was 100% uncalled for and I promise that it will never happen again. Now to why I should be unbanned, I think that I should be unbanned because I feel that everyone deserves a second chance no matter what the case is. Another reason why I feel that I should be unbanned is because ddosing players is not in the server rules but, I have now realized that it shouldn't have to be in the rules I should have realized in the beginning that it was wrong and I should not have done it.

Since it's not in the rules doesn't mean its right, plus its not legal...
But I believe its best to ask the players affected most by this.
So if Exasperaties, Tensitys, and Akavow would like to post your input it would be greatly accepted.

Also if someone could tag them because it isn't working at the moment.

I think that Apparency should stay banned, and this appeal not accepted, first of all, DDoSing is an illegal action, he constantly would DDoS Tensitys and I, most of the time he would DDoS Tensitys just for the fun of it, with absolutely no reason behind it what so ever. Also, I have not spoken to Apparency in over 3 months and about a month ago he posted this on his wall Screenshot by Lightshot , which I do not appreciate at all, there was no reason to say that, it is inappropriate and was uncalled for. One thing that I would like to point out, is that, after getting banned on your main account (Apparency), you went back to your island on an alternate account (Im_God_At_PvP) and "griefed" your own chests with a hopper minecart to get the valuable items out. This resulting in an IP ban, by The_Dirty_Ninja.

 

Like I said before I am sorry for the actions that I did in the past, the past is over with this is the future there is no other way to change what happened I feel that I did my punishment I have been banned for 3 months I learned my lesson all I am asking for is a chance for a new start at the server. I have nothing else to say but I am truly sorry Travis we used to be good friends, if you don't want to ever talk to me again than thats your choice and I don't really don't know why I said that about you a month ago I guess I was just so mad about what had happened I just said it out of anger.

 

Since you were IP banned by The_Dirty_Ninja, after getting banned by YYY, I suppose it is up to both of them to accept or deny this appeal.

 

If someone could tag The_Dirty_Ninja in this for me, it would be greatly appreciated.

As per what Akavow had said earlier, the act of Ddos is illegal and as per f info declaring the punishments of you Ddosing if you are sued for such things, and the victim(s) has sufficient proof of you performing said illegal activity
