These are the 2 previous ban appeals: [BAN APPEAL] bronzypig [the_dirty_ninja] | Skyblock Forums [BAN APPEAL] | Skyblock Forums Once again, for sake of transparency and fairness, I am going to tag other mods: KatoKillsMyGPA ISuika Kerahna Firstly let me say, Dirty, I feel you've been completely unfair and even bordering on rude to me throughout the ban appeal process, for the following reasons: 1) You've gone back on your word multiple times. First you banned me for "griefing", when that looked like it wasn't going to stick, you changed your mind. proceeded to make up a rule called "island farming". Subsequently after this was overturned by 2 other Mods, you then changed your mind AGAIN and called it "griefing" 2) You've denied the ban appeals without even letting me complete what I was going to say: To me this is akin to simply slamming the phone down when someone's speaking midsentence. 3) You have made several baseless accusations without proof, the details of which I will get into later. You may not like me as a player, and frankly I don't care. But as a Moderator, a Super Mod no less, your chief responsibility is to treat players fairly, no matter how much you don't like them. The Story So far: A few days ago (some time on the 15th of March), I decided to create a new island. As there were other coop members on my current island, I contacted them to discuss this. We agreed that I would make a new island, and transfer the ownership to one of them so that they wouldn't be left homeless, the person I transferred ownership of the island to was cosmicfirefred I left the island and never looked back. I only took the stuff that was mine from that island BEFORE I LEFT. On the 20th of March I was ONLINE on skyblock, when I was suddenly kicked and banned for the reason you stated above. I was ONLINE for more than 1 hour while you conducted your investigation. Had you had even thought to send me even 1 message without jumping to conclusions, this matter would likely been adverted. When my friend subsequently asked who I had supposedly griefed, you claimd it was ChiTownSound, a player I had never heard off. Subsequently through contact with this player, I learned that you didn't even handle the grief - IPodCourt did, while you fluffed him off with an excuse about lack of logs. The next day, when I contacted my friend (cosmicfirefred), he later admitted that the report was incorrect, and infact, that I did NOT grief him. Proof from Cosmic The Baseless Accusations: It is quite unlike you to make baseless accusations, so I am shocked and saddened. If you're accusing me and cosmic of rollback duping, that is completely baseless, and you have no proof of this. You are assuming right off the bat that I sold the island, which I did not. You do not have any proof of this, and this has been denied by the party who originally reported the grief to you. Dont forget, it was YOU who jumped the gun and ASSUMED that I had griefed rather than simply doing /msg bronzypig . It was that simple. The fact that there are now duplicate items in the game is certainly NOT MY FAULT. You're assuming that I went back AFTER I left to take the items. As I said, once I left my coop, I never returned back to my island. You have no proof that I went back AFTER I gave up my coop. Furthermore, you are once again accusing me of griefing. You're accusing me and cosmicfirefred of somehow collaborating? This is what NORMALLY happens when 2 friends are trying to work stuff out. The Bottom Line: I believe this ban appeal is an incorrect ban because the player who reported the grief has personally said that they reported it in error, and that I had full permission to break anything on my (now their) island. (Proof Link Again). If someone else did take over his account and made a fake report about me, that is not my responsibility, and something that is beyond my control. If you wish to keep cosmicfirefred banned for lying to a Mod, then do so, but our 2 bans ARE MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE. If he did lie, then I did not grief. I have posted you proof that in fact, I had permission to break those blocks, which according to the rules, does NOT constitute griefing.
