Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?)
I Have been banned for griefing, illegal trade, and 2 misunderstanding that weren't related to what so ever, I understand if you a concerned about these bans I will inform you that these were all several months ago and I have learn't from my mistakes and act maturely at all times, if you want to know more about these situations feel free to PM via forums.

Why do you think you should be a mod?
I think I should be a moderator for skyblock because,

I can help the server in many ways, I am quick to react with people in need of help. I am calm and know how to help in troubling situations such as dealing with a grief, scam etc.
I have much experience helping with bad situations and am able to inform others of what to do when they have been griefed, scammed etc, I can tell them to make a report via forums or I can help contact a moderator online to assist.

I know the rules and know how to tell others about them and how to not get banned etc. if someone needs something or needs a refund I can do to the best of my ability to try and refund the items myself, but if I don't have the items I can contact an Smod to have a refund for the person. I think I am reasonably nice which is a good thing as then people are more approachable to ask me for help, but when needed I can be serious and tell others what to do and what not to do, for example if I got the position In ban appeals I would make sure that they had learnt their lesson on what they had done wrong and make sure they would not re-offend.

I can use the forums without trouble, I know where everything is and where to create threads in the right section. I also help others with the forums frequently informing them on how to sign up where the report section is etc. I am always active on the forums so you can rely on me to help others here and not just in game, I am aware of the help section and check it often to see if others need help, as some don't ask others in game for help so they create a thread there.

From this server I hope to help others to the best of my ability and think I could be a great help to the team. with the position comes great responsibility I know that and will never let others down. I recognise all players, and don't favour donors over non-donors I treat them equally and with the same amount of respect.

How long can you be active on the server every day?

As I still have school on weekdays, then I also have training tuesdays, saturdays and games sundays it depends I'll write down a time table of the average time I can be on each day

Monday: 3 Hours
Tuesday: 2 Hours
Wednesday: 3 Hours
Thursday: 3 Hours
Friday: 2 Hours
Saturday: 4 Hours
Sunday: 4 Hours

These aren't pin point accurate but this is a sum up of how much time I think I spend on the server each day and I won't be on consistently for 2 hours straight etc, as I have others things going on. but at different times of the day it adds up to around this.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?

Yes I do,

On Geek's and bullfrogs old server I was a mod

I was Smod on a server that isn't active anymore

and I was also mod on a server that isn't active anymore

You keep leaving and coming back, you've done this about three times now. I'd also like to imply, just because you can refund people or get smods to refund people isn't a good enough reason. This application in my eyes was poorly written, and I feel you could do better, for I've seen you do better.
No doubt in my mind you'd make a good mod, the only thing I worry about is you leaving. You left during Christmas, and here you are back again. If you were so willing to leave then how can I know, how can we as a community know you won't leave us in you moderator position if you were to get it?

 

I don't know how you will know that I will stay, but you must know that I want to I'm sick of leaving and coming back I just want to stay with the community, and for the app itself I will work on it, thanks for the feedback

Thanks for the support, and I know I'm working on it although my internet is pretty bad at the moment which is why I keep lagging out :/ but internet should be fine in about a week so I'll be more active then.

Sorry War, but no support. You keep leaving and coming back. You stay for a period amount of time and then you leave without a word sometimes. I mean, I leave too but you leave too many times.

Also, this application lacks info. Your qualities don't have any information under them which honestly confused me. Also, you need to work on activity since you came back. I haven't seen you on and I'm on the whole day at most times.

I understand, as for the qualities It doesn't need information as I've said what qualities I think I have their is no need to expand on it. I appreciate the feedback though

War, you've left so many times. I feel that if you get the position, you'll be inactive and leave us in the dust. No support.

 

I wish I could give this my full support. I have no doubt in my mind that you would make a great moderator, and to be fair I was surprised you didn't get mod back when you were active. However, leaving and coming back this many times isn't a good trait for a mod. You need endurance, and dedication. The last thing you want as a mod is someone who just gives up when it gets to hard or when they get tired of it all.
I just wish you hadn't have given up and left so many times. You'd probably be a mod by now if you had.
I'll give you 50% support and a good luck. Work on activity and don't leave again and you'll have a good chance.

War, I like you as a person. I think you're really nice. However, you've left so many times before, how do we know you're not going to do it again? A while back I would've given my support because you were active and quite helpful, but now you're inactive and I never see you online. I really would love to give my full support but I can't do that currently because I haven't seen you online at all lately. I want to see you online much more regularly and helping out more in order to gain my support. Good luck.

I'm a new member to the forums and the server. After reading your application, I have got some feedback for you. I love my writing, and I understand text very well. Your Moderator Application is lacking a few things. Your Traits have no description, which would make a huge difference. You don't need to adjust the writing as much, just add some more detail to make it appear more enticing and attractive. According to the comments you've left a few times. This isn't a good thing to do as an applicant. I haven't seen you in-game yet, I may adjust my support when I see that
