RULES and NOTES​

- Any Mod or Admin may comment, provide content, etc. in any Amnesty thread.
- If you are not the thread owner, and not Staff, then do NOT post in an Amnesty thread.
- Unless thread owner or Staff, other posts will be summarily deleted.
- If/when the case arises, the content of the Amnesty can be used in consideration and mitigation.
- This Amnesty Program may end at any time.
- Amnesty is not possible after discovery.
- Tell the whole truth.
- This is not a Ban Appeal.
- Accept responsibility, don't blame others for your deeds.
- If your island was/is rolled back or otherwise reset, it cannot ever be recovered.
- Abuse of Amnesty (e.g., revenge on a buddy, then intent for Amnesty) won't be tolerated.
- Amnesty does not mean you are absolved of responsibility.
- Amnesty has no guarantee of being accepted.

WHAT IS AMNESTY?
​

The definition for amnesty: "forgetfulness", "to grant a pardon". Mods are systematically hunting down and punishing "old" griefers, bridgers, scammers, and looters. When you are caught, you will be banned.

If you have ever joined the server and...

• stomped on someone's crops...
• taken an item that didn't belong to you...
• exploited a glitch that should have been left alone...
• did something awful in chat...
• scammed someone of their items...

Oh, crap!
Now I know what you are thinking:
"Oh right, sure. They are not going to catch me. They are bluffing!"
Well, think again, O' Smug and 'Clever' One. If you have "done" something, it’s already too late.

WHAT TO DO
​

Sit up, wipe the sweat off your palms, and pay attention, because you have had no option... Until now.

1. Present and file your request (using the format) for Amnesty before discovery.
2. Come clean.
3. Tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
4. Explain all details, time, accomplices, coordinates.

You can gain clemency for your honesty and clearing your debt, and in consideration of the time, effort, problems you might save staff.

HOW TO DO IT
​

1. Copy and past the formatting template. (Ctrl+C)

2. Click create thread in the Amnesty section ( http://www.skyblock.net/forums/amnesty.45/ )

3. Paste in the format (Crtl+V)

4. Fill in the format

5. Press 'Create Thread'.

6. Remember to keep an eye out for replies, as staff will likely ask you questions.
