Seeing as I haven't gotten a reply as of yet from Twerkster, I'll go ahead and make this.
I don't think any of you don't to know who I am, what I am capabale of or why I want this, but just in case I'll just summarize it here, extremely shortly.

I am Akrill, or known to some as Cryo. I am one of the oldest most active players, or previously Mod, since August 2012. I do not believe that there are many who are as dedicated as I was/am. Although some may dislike my vulgarity or my way to express my opinions and thoughts, I am very honest. I say what I think is needed to be said and when it has to be said. My critizism does not apply to other's work, but quite often to myself, although you might not be able read my thoughts. I have been a Mod since the year 2012, but I can't remember what month. I resigned 14th of march due to my condition. Simply put, I wasn't feeling too well. It is really much more complicated than that. Now that school is coming to an end, I do feel a million times better.

Why I want to join is because of everything I see. A huge portion is that whenever I am on, there is usually noone else for a couple of hours. Then someone hops on and leaves just a little while later. Not pointing fingers, and not saying it's a s*** job. I know that life can interfere. Besides the lack of staff presence, I notice that many are insecure. The lack of Admins now that we only have one, besides Crew, is showing quite clearly. The older mods are also slowly becoming more inactive, the ones that are meant to help the new guys. The mentors in this staff team are absent. I also understand that Cyp has a lot to do, especially considering what recently occured, there fore I want to come back with my full authority which I held before resigning, and do what was one of the biggest tasks us SMods had. To help or control the lesser ranks. This may sound like power abuse to some, but for me it is to take this team back on track. The standards were set really high back in the days, I want it to return to it's former "glory". The standard and the quality of our job has all the potential in the world to be what it once used to be.

If you want me to get this template written, I'll do it. But for now, this will have to do.
