   Okay, so it's quite simple, you make an acrostic poem with the name above you, without the numbers, of course, for all of you that don't know what they are, here's an example:
   
   Gooey
   Un-un-sticky
   Mouthwatering latex free artificially flavored rubber
   
   This was an Acrostic poem of the word ; "Gum"
