2 mod apps?

I already applied for a mod on .org but haven't on .net yet, if i were to apply for .net would that count as 2 mod apps in total or is it 2 mod apps for one separate section?

 

Forgot to add the question but here it is: If I make one for .org and one for .net is that illegal?

If you make one .net and one for .org it's ok.
However, if you make two for .org, it's not allowed.
