If making a thread, starting a conversation, trying to reach you on discord and even having people from the staff team trying to reach you is not enough there is something really wrong with your communication.

I didn't find anything in the rules, but i hope that refunds are accepted? If so id like that please! And perhaps ill buy a higher rank in the future just as reassurance :) thanks in advanced.

        Stop trying to make an argument. To make the purchase, you chose to agree to the terms and conditions. It does not take hours to find as it is available in plain sight, which were available to be read before your purchase.

        I have no idea what servers you're thinking about which will refund a change-of-mind donation. I have never seen one, and no real-life organisation would refund a donation, either. You paid for the donation, and you received what was offered upon your purchase. You were never forced to donate to the server.
