There needs to be a way for the server to detect if a person is joining through minechat because every time I join I get warnings for "spamming" since it has a join message, and I'd really not like to be banned or muted obviously for such a silly reason. #BelieveInTacos

 

The message that pops up shouldn't be spammy in the first place. No support.

 

It can tell you have been repeating the same message upon joining throughout the day, therefore gets mad at you and hides all your tacos

For one thing you just double posted, and for another this is a troll thread.

"it gets mad at you and hides all your tacos" "#BelieveInTacos" also this isn't even a thing. There is no issue with MineChat spamming. If you're having issues it might just be that you have MineChat set to stick you at spawn, and you can't talk at spawn. I would suggest going into your minechat settings and turning that feature off. And don't make taco jokes in threads like this because people won't take you seriously. (It's funny. It's just irrelevant.)

 

If you're using the official Minechat application, the join message is not supposed to by spammy. Should it be an issue, it may become spam if you join, log out, join, repeatedly.
If you are using a third party app, such as MC Chat for Android, then you can edit the join message yourself, or remove it completely.
