Hello guys,for my 2nd year on skyblock I decided to make an moderator application.My real life name is Emil or know by my friends and other skyblockers Miella.I live in South Africa,Gauteng and im 15 years old.My hobbies are soccer,playing minecarft and eat.Feel free to give feedback to the thread 1.In Game Name? MrMiella 2.Which Timezone are you in? GMT+2-10:30 3.Which languages do you speak? I speak Afrikaans,English and Dutch 4.Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?) Yes i have been banded for griefing. I did it beacuse i didn't really like the server back then(1 year ago). I'm sorry for what i did and i gave the person their items back. Now im helping other players with their problems and if someone gets banded I give them some supplies sothat they can get started again. 5.Why do you think you should be a mod? I feel that i should be a mod because when i'm online there are no other mods online. Some players think i'm nice and friendly but im not only that im also dedicated,honest,respectfull,fair,patient,responsible Nice when a player is in need of something i il do my best to help them,to report someone for them and when they get griefed i wil give them supplies to help them Friendly I'm a really friendly person in general.Being kind is the way to gain trust from another player.It is important for a moderator to be friendly and not to be rude to another player.If someone is cursing on the chats don't curse them back tel them to stop cursing(don't be rude) Dedicated If I have an objective I will finish my objective and then start with a new one.If a player needs help of reporting someone I will do it until I has created the thread Honest I'm honest and i will tell the truth doesn't matter how bad the punishment is i'm in general also a honest guy i don't like to lie to my friends family and skyblock friends Respectful I respect other people/players island,names,religion and belongings. I don' like to disrespect players because they wil then disrespect me. Fair I treat every player equal and not the one more than the other I feel it wouldn't be fair if i get 20 diamonds and another guy 50 but we are the same player. So i treat everyone the same. Patient I'm a patient player and can wait for enything a long period of time Responsible I can take the responsibility for my own belongings and my account if i get hacked that would be my fault because it my account so i cant blame it on someone else. 6.How long can you be active on the server every day? I can be active more than 3 hours a day in vacations and in school days i can be active up to 1-2 hours a day I feel this is a great time because most mods come online for about 20-30 mins and then they say they must go I can be on the forums til 8-10pm 7.Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Hi...so are you also the owner of the account for Sgt_BOshoGG? Just curious because you say you've been banned for griefing but you were appealing for that player. As for your application, I think you're off to a good start. You just need a lot of revision. No support from me as of now, but good luck.
No support, for now. You are off to a good start, but try and be more active in-game and on the forums as well. Try adding more information in the "Why I should be mod" section, instead of just listing your qualifications, write about why you should be chosen to be a moderator. Why should they pick you. Things like that. Good Luck!
No Support. You're Sgt_BOshoGG as people have stated above. I see you spam in chat now and then, which isn't quite what we need in mods. Also, 1-2 hours a day isn't very effective as a moderator. I've also seen that you can only be on 3 hours a day on vacations. This basically contradicts that you don't really have that much time for the server. There are also alot of grammatical mistakes, and some capitalizations. Do try to improve this, as a moderator cannot sound like an unprofessional individual. To add to your activity time, 1-2 hours a day could only cover a little of the unmoderated time periods. During your activity time, a mod might be on at the same time as you. No im not the same player as sgt_bosshogg hes isn't close to me im just friends with him on minecraft and he asked me to do the ban appeal for him
