$25 Package missing items

I bought a $25 Package a bit ago but im still missing some items i was supposed to get.
I wanted to support you guys but i also really wanted those items especially the spawner.
so i would really like to get my items or get my money back.

Contact CypriotMerks and provide your transaction ID. If you don't have it, ask him if he can check BuyCraft for the completed purchase. Is it just the items you're missing? Or is it the rank itself?

 

Its just items, i did get the rank an i can use the included commands

i'm missing the pig spawner, an the stack of glass bottles but that was in the
"Brewing Pack and Piston Set" that in the same purchase

 

I also thought the other things where items but i realized those are done with commands Xp
